In 2004, Joe started Aztec Welding, Fabrication, and Restoration, Inc., an Indianapolis-based welding business. Aztec works on a wide range of projects, from powder coating to welding and fabricating. As a locally owned and operated business, they work with a wide range of people in the community, such as general contractors, military, utility companies, schools and other groups. They offer completely mobile welding services for customers’ convenience.

As a first-generation American, Joe Escamilla became interested in welding as a teenager and experimented with molding different trades together. After attending welding school, he continued on to work for United Airlines as an airline maintenance technician for 30 years. Today, he puts his expertise to use as founder and CEO of his own welding company. In 2004, Joe started Aztec Welding, Fabrication, and Restoration, Inc., an Indianapolis-based welding business.

I had Max powder coat several car parts. The turn around time was respectable considering how many parts I took in. He was responsive when I had questions after I dropped the parts off. Pretty high-quality work. I will definitely go back when I need more work done.
